Stir Fried Tofu Tarts


• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 ½ tsp chopped ginger
• 1 ½ tsp chopped garlic
• ½ cup onion slices
• Ό cup finely chopped red, yellow and green bell pepper
• Ό cup finely chopped carrots
• 2 tsp veg. oyster sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• ½ tsp chopped fresh red chili
• 1 tbsp bean sprouts
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• Crushed black pepper to taste
• 150 gms tofu
•4 - 5 tart shells

For garnish:
• Chopped spring onion stalk as required

• In a pan add sesame oil, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, onion slices, finely chopped red, yellow and green bell peppers and finely chopped carrots and sautι.
• Add vegetables, oyster sauce, vinegar, chopped fresh red chili, bean sprouts, powdered sugar, crushed black pepper and tofu and mash it. Let it cook.
• Once cooked, add the filling in the tart shells and keep on a plate.
• Garnish with spring onion stalk
