Shrimp Stuffed Rice Wada


• 20 shrimps
• 1 lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

For dough:
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup rice flour

For sauce :
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
• 1 tsp finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp green chili paste
• 2 tbsp gouda masala
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 cup coconut milk
•Salt to taste
• 2 tsp lemon juice
•2 tbsp chopped coriander

For garnish:
• 1 tomato
• 1 lemon

• For marination, in a bowl add shrimp, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Let it marinate. To make the dough, in a pan filled with hot water add salt and rice flour and mix. Remove in a bowl and knead with a spoon.
• Take small pieces of the dough, flatten it and stuff it with the shrimps and seal it. Make more.
• Fry in hot oil and then remove on a tissue paper. To make the sauce, in a pan add oil, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped onion, green chili paste, gouda masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coconut milk, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and water and mix well.
• On a plate, pour the sauce in a bowl and place the fried wada.
• Cut a wedge of a tomato and lemon and keep on the plate. Shrimp Stuffed Rice Wada is ready to eat.
