Rajma Kibbeh


Ingredients:

For Onion Mixture :
• Ύ cup soaked and boiled red kidney beans
• 2 tsp chopped spring onion
• 2 tsp chopped onion
• 2 tsp chopped spring onion stalk
• 1 tsp chopped dill
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 tsp chopped ginger
• 1 tsp chopped coriander
•1 tsp chopped green chili
•Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp almond powder
• 1 tsp sumac powder
• Oil to fry

To serve :
• Raita as required

For garnish :
• Sumac powder as required

Procedure:
• In a mixer add the soaked and boiled red kidney beans, chopped spring onion, chopped onion, chopped spring onion stalk, chopped dill, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped coriander, chopped green chili, salt and red chili powder and blend.
• Remove this mixer in a bowl and add almond powder and sumac powder and mix.
• Take a portion of the mixture and give it a shape of a pyramid. Fry in hot oil and then remove on a tissue paper.
• Remove on a plate and serve it with the raita and sprinkle sumac powder on it.
