• 1 tbsp oil
• 3 roti
• 2 - 3 tbsp grated cheese
• Jack cheese as required

For filling :
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ cup sliced onion
• ½ cup sliced red, yellow bell pepper and capsicum
• ½ tsp chopped red chili
• Salt to taste
• Crushed black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
•1 tsp cumin powder
•1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp sliced green olives
• ½ cup tomato puree
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander

For garnish:
• Tomato sauce as required
• Coriander leaves as required
• Parsley leaves as required

• To make the filling heat oil in a pan then add cumin seeds and mix sliced onions, slices red, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, chopped red chili, salt, crushed black pepper, red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
• Add sliced green olives, tomato puree and chopped coriander leaves.
• Heat oil in the pan and roast the roti, then put grated cheese and filling on top of it, then put grated cheese again and cover it with another roti. Turn the roti on the other side and again put cheese and filling on the top. Then crumble jack cheese and put it on top of the roti, cover this with another roti, turn it and let it roast.
• Now crumble cheese and put it on top then add some chopped coriander.
• Take it out and cut it into four parts .Now stack it in a plate and put a satay stick in it, then put the sauce of the filling in it.
• Set the plate with tomato sauce and garnish it with coriander leaves and parsley leaves.
