Pasta Coleslaw


• Ό cabbages
• Ό red cabbages
• ½ cup onion juliennes
• ½ cup beetroot juliennes
• ½ cup carrot and radish juliennes
• 1 tbsp mixed herbs
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard paste
• 1 tsp finely chopped celery
• 1 cup yogurt
• 2 tsp mayonnaise
• 1 cup boiled spaghetti pasta
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste

For garnish:
• Pomegranate seeds as required
• Mixed herbs as required

• Chop the cabbage and red cabbage into juliennes and remove in a bowl.
• Add onion juliennes, beetroot juliennes, carrot and radish juliennes, finely chopped mixed herbs, lemon juice, mustard paste, finely chopped celery, yogurt and mayonnaise in the same bowl and mix well.
• Chop the boiled spaghetti pasta and add it in the bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
• Remove the pasta coleslaw in a bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mixed herbs. Pasta Coleslaw is ready to eat.
