Kashimiri Kahwa


• 1 tsp crushed cardamom
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• ½ tsp saffron
• 1 ½ tsp kashimiri green tea
• 1 ½ tsp powdered sugar
• Salt a pinch
• Baking soda a pinch
• Rose petals as required
• Finely chopped almonds as required
• ½ tsp powdered sugar
• 2 - 3 saffron

• In a pan add water, crushed cardamom, cinnamon sticks and saffron and boil.
• Add Kashimiri green tea and boil on a low flame. Add powdered sugar, salt and baking soda and mix. When boiled, strain the tea into a jar.
• Decorate a plate with rose petals. Add rose petals, finely chopped almonds, powdered sugar and saffron in kawa cups and then pour the prepared kawa into it.
