Kadahi Subz Samosa


• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
• 1 ½ tsp finely chopped green chili
• 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• Ύ cup chopped mixed vegetables
• ½ cup split green gram
• Salt to taste
• 1 ½ tbsp tomato puree
• 2 tsp ghee
• Ready dough as required
• Oil to fry
• Chickpeas chaat: as required
• Tamarind chutney as required

For Garnish :
• Coriander leaves as required
• Chili flakes as required
• Crushed coriander seeds as required

• For stuffing; in a pan add oil, cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chilies, crushed Coriander seeds, chili flakes, chopped mixed vegetables, split green gram, salt, tomato puree and ghee and mix for 2 - 3 minutes. Once cooked, let the mixture cool for 10 - 12 minutes. Take small balls of the ready dough and make rotis. Give a shape of a Samosa to the rotis, fill it with the stuffing and seal it.
• Fry it in hot oil and once done remove on a tissue paper.
