Ingredients:

• Chicken thigh & drumstick 180 gms
• Olives green pitted 5 nos
• Cocktail onion pickled 5 nos
• Salt and pepper to taste

For Makhni gravy :
• Tomato puree 100 gm
• Kasoori methi powder 1 tsp
• Olive oil 2 tbsp
• Fresh cream 1 tbsp
• Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala whole 1/2 tbsp
• Green chillies seedless chopped no 1
• Water 1 cup
• Lemon juice tsp 1

Procedure:
• Make incisions with a sharp knife on leg and thigh pieces. Marinade with salt and pepper.
• Heat oil,add whole garam masala,let it crackle.
• Add ginger & garlic paste and cut green chillies.Stir fry for 2 minutes.
• Put tomato puree,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and one cup water. Bring to boil & keep in simmer 10 mins.
• Cook the marinated chicken pieces and mushroom until browned all over.
• Add the chicken pieces,cocktail onion,mushroom and green olives to the simmering gravy cook for another five minutes.
• Finish off with kasoori methi,honey,butter, cream and lemon juice.Adjust the seasoning.
