Grilled Watermelon With Raw Mango Dressing


Ingredients:

• Watermelon Wedge: 1 no.


For Marination :
• Honey : 1 ½ tbsp
• Soya Sauce : 1 tsp
• Sesame Seeds : 1 tsp
• Mint Leaves : 5 – 6 nos.
• Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
• Salt : to taste

For Paneer Tikki :
• Grated Paneer : 2 - 3 tbsp
• Chopped Coriander : 1 tsp
• Chopped Tomatoes : 1 ½ tsp
• Salt : to taste
• Crushed Black Pepper : to taste
• Oil : 1 ½ tbsp

For Dressing :
• Boiled Raw Mangoes : 4 nos.
• Chopped Spring Onion : 2 tbsp
• Crushed Black Pepper : to taste
• Salt : to taste
• Oil : 1 tbsp
• Honey : 1 ½ tsp
• Sesame Seeds : 1 tsp

For garnish:
• Papad : 2 nos.
• Raddish Leaves : 8 -10 nos.
• Red Chilli Powder : a pinch

Procedure:
• To prepare marination in a bowl add honey, soya sauce, sesame seeds, mint leaves, red chilli powder, salt and mix.
• Apply this marination to the watermelon wedge.
• To prepare the paneer tikki’s in a bowl add grated paneer, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, salt, crushed black pepper and mix well. Make tikkis of this mixture.
• To make dressing; in a blender add the boiled raw mango pulp, chopped spring onion, crushed black pepper, salt, oil, honey and blend it. Mix sesame seeds in the mixture.
• Grill the marinated watermelon on a grill pan on all the sides.
• On a pan heat oil and cook the paneer tikkis.
• For garnish roast the papads and make cones out of it.
• In a bowl add raddish leaves. Add prepared dressing and place this mixture in the papad cones.
• Place the grilled watermelon on the plate. Place paneer tikki on it and the papad cones. Sprinkle red chilli powder.
