Fish and Pineapple Shaslik


• ½ cup diced pineapple
• ½ cup diced basa fish
• ½ cup red and yellow bell pepper cubes
• 1 tsp chopped coriander
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp pickle paste
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• ½ lemon juice
• 2 tbsp sesame oil to pan sear
• ½ lemon juice
• To serve Mayonnaise as required

• In a bowl add diced pineapple, diced basa fish, red and yellow bell pepper cubes, chopped coriander, ginger paste, pickle paste, sesame oil, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice and mix. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
• Add the marinated mixture on satay sticks.
• On a grill pan, add sesame oil and pan sear the shaslik on it, once cooked, add lemon juice from top.
• Keep shot glasses filled with mayonnaise on a plate and place the prepared fish and pineapple shaslik and serve
