Cheese Fondue


Ingredients:

• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup cheese spread
• 2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
• 1 tsp. corn flour
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1 tbsp. butter
• salt to taste

For serving:
• French bread cubes
• Garlic bread cubes

Procedure:
• 1. Dissolve the corn flour in 1 tablespoon of cold milk. Keep aside
• 2. Heat the butter in a pan; add the onion and sautι for 2 minutes.
• 3. Add the milk, cheese spread, corn flour solution and salt and mix well.
• 4. Bring to a boil, while stirring continuously. Sprinkle with chili powder.
• 5. Serve hot with pieces of French bread or garlic bread
