Wasabi Paneer


• 2 tsp wasabi
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tbsp refined flour and water batter
• Salt to taste
• Red chilli powder as required
• 50 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
• Breadcrumbs as required
• 2 tbsp oil to Roast

For garnish :
• Black pepper powder as required
• Salad as required

• To prepare the marination; in a bowl add wasabi, lemon juice, refined flour and water batter, salt and red chilli powder and mix.
• Cut the paneer into long fingers.
• Pour some refined flour batter on a plate. Coat the paneer fingers with this and then coat with breadcrumbs.
• Add the wasabi and breadcrumbs in a plate and coat the paneer fingers in it.
• Add oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer fingers till it becomes crispy.
• Sprinkle black pepper powder in a plate and stack the prepared paneer wasabi fingers on it.
• Garnish with the salad.
