Tartare Sauce


• 1 ½ cups Chilled Soya Milk
• Ό cup Lemon Juice
• to taste Salt
• 1 tsp Mustard Paste
• 500 ml. Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard Paste
• Ό cup Finely Chopped Onions
• 1 tbsp Chopped Capers
• Ό cup Chopped Gherkins
• 1 tsp Chopped Parsley
• to taste Crushed Black Pepper
• to taste Salt

For Serving :
• Crumbed Fried Baby Corn
• Cucumber Slices
• Tartar Sauce
• Mayonnaise

• In a hand blender, add chilled soya milk 1 ½ cups, lemon juice Ό cups, salt, mustard paste 1 tsp. Blend the mixture.
• Slowly add vegetable oil and blend till the mixture thickens.
• Remove the mixture in a bowl and add mustard paste 1tsp, finely chopped onions Ό cup, chopped capers 1 tbsp, chopped gherkins Ό cup, chopped parsley 1 tsp, crushed black pepper to taste, salt and mix the contents well.
• Tartar Sauce is ready.
