Red Velvet Chocolate


• ½ liter milk
• 2 tsp boiled beetroot paste
• 1 cinnamon sticks
• 1 liquorice stick (muleti)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp white chocolate pieces
• 1 tbsp grated dark chocolate
• 2 vanilla tea cakes
• White chocolate as required
• Strawberry syrup as required
• 2 white marshmallows
• Whipped cream as required

For garnish :
• Grated dark chocolate as required

• In a pan add milk, boiled beetroot paste, cinnamon sticks, muleti sticks and sugar and mix. Let it boil.
• Add white chocolate pieces and grated dark chocolate and mix.
• Place the vanilla tea cakes in another pan and pan sear. Cut them into two.
• Place the cakes on a plate and grate white chocolate on top.
• In a glass, add strawberry syrup and then pour the boiled milk mixture into it.
• Add the white marshmallows and whipped cream on top.
• Garnish with grated dark chocolate
