Red Thai Curry Paste


• ½ cup Fresh Red Chilies
• Ό cup Chopped Lemon Grass
• Ό cup Diced Ginger
• ½ cup Spring Onions
• 1 no. Finely Chopped Galangal
• A Few Lemon Leaf
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp Cumin Powder
• ½ cup Coconut Milk
• As Required Water
• To Taste Salt
• 2-3 nos. Chopped Pandan Leaves
• 10-12 nos. Soaked Red Chilies

• Add ½ cup fresh red chilies to the blender, chopped lemon, diced ginger, white portion of spring onions, finely chopped galangal and few lemon leaves, turmeric powder and finely chopped garlic, cumin powder and Coconut Milk. Mix water and salt.
• Add chopped pandan Leaves, soaked red chilies and blend the mixture to a fine paste.
• Red Thai Curry Paste is ready to be served.
