Mixed Sprout Brown Poha


Ingredients:

• 200 gms Brown organic poha, washed and drained
• 150 gms Bean sprouts
• 1 medium Onion, chopped
• 2 no Green chilies, sliced
• 8 to 10 Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp Roasted peanuts
• 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
• ˝ no Lime juice
• Chopped- handful Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp Oil

Procedure:
• Washed brown poha and keep in strainer for 10 minutes.
• Heat oil in and temper mustard seeds, curry leaves and roasted peanuts.
• Now add onion and sauté well until translucence.
• Add bean sprout and sauté for 1 more minute then add brown poha. Sprinkle water to prevent from drying. Sauté well. Adjust salt.
• Finish with lime juice and chopped coriander leaves.
• Serve hot.
