Multi Grain Chakli


• 2 tbsp split black gram powder
• 1 ½ tbsp rice flour
• 1 ½ tbsp soya flour
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 ½ tbsp finger millet flour (nachni)
• 1 tbsp refined flour
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 ½ tsp green chili paste
• 1 ½ tbsp yoghurt
• ½ tbsp butter
• Oil to fry
• Red chili chutney as required

For garnish :
• Coriander leaves as required

• For Dough; in a bowl add the split black gram powder, rice flour, soya flour, salt, red chili powder, nachni flour, refined flour, ginger paste, green chili paste, yoghurt, water and butter and knead. Let it rest for 10 mins.
• Fill the chakli maker with the dough.
• Make chaklis in a hot pan and pour hot oil over it. Once the chaklis have fried remove them on a tissue paper.
• Place shot glasses filled with red chili chutney on a plate.
• Place the fried chakli on the plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
