Mithai Doughnut


• 4 kalakand pieces
• 1 tbsp tutti frutti
• 1 ½ tbsp ricotta cheese
• 10 - 12 finely chopped rose petals
• 5 donuts
• Gulkand as required
• Powdered sugar as required

For garnish :
• Rose petals as required

• In a bowl add kalakand, tutti frutti, ricotta cheese and finely chopped rose petals and mix.
• Slit the donuts from the middle.
• On the base of the donut, add the prepared filling and cover it with the top half of the donut. Make some more like this.
• In one of the donuts, add gulkand along with the filling.
• Sprinkle powdered sugar on the donuts.
• Place it on a plate and garnish with rose petals.
• Mithai Donuts are ready to eat.
