Mini Apple Pie


Ingredients:

• 4 - 5 skinned red apples
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar

For dough :
• ½ cup refined flour
• 1 tbsp butter

For garnish :
• Powdered sugar as required
• Mint leaves as required

Procedure:
• Cut the skinned red apples into pieces.
• To make the filling; in a pan add butter, chopped red apples and powdered sugar and mix. Let it cook for a short time.
• To make the dough; in a bowl add refined flour and butter and mix. Add water and knead to make dough.
• Cut the dough into two parts and roll it and make a round with a mould.
• Set one portion of the dough on a baking dish and add the filling. Cover it with the other portion of the dough and seal it. Make more pies.
• Roll the leftover dough and cut it into strips. Place it on the pies.
• Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake the pies at 180 degree Celsius for 20 - 25 mins.
• Once baked, remove from the oven and de-mold the pies.
• Garnish with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
