Lotus Root Soy Parcel


Ingredients:

Preparation time- 25 min
• 100 gms Steamed and chopped lotus root
• 10 gms Spring onion chopped
• 20 gms Soaked and chopped soya wadi
• 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
• 80 gms Red cabbage julienne
• 2 tbsp Onion julienne
• 1 tsp Caraway seed
• 50 gms Rice noodles
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Honey mustard dressing

Procedure:
• Mix together lotus stem, soya wadi,spring onion ,sun dried tomato and seasoning to form a tikki.
• Season the pan with oil,add caraway seed,cabbage,ginger julienne and cook till wilted ..
• Steam the tikki with rice noodles.
• Arrange the tikki in a plate with cabbage ,and rice noodles .Serve the tikki with honey mustard dressing.
