Godumai Adai


• 1 tbsp ghee
• ½ cup grated coconut

For batter :
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tbsp jaggery syrup
• 1 tsp cardamom powder
• Ghee as required

For garnish:
• Jaggery syrup as required
• Rose syrup as required
• Rose petals as required
• Grated coconut as required
• 3 - 4 mint leaves

• In a pan, add ghee and grated coconut and let it roast till light brown and then remove on a plate.
• To make the batter, in a bowl add flour, water, roasted coconut, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder and mix. Rest for 10 - 12 minutes.
• Pour the batter into a pan and make a small dosa. Add ghee and roast from both sides. Make more.
• In a plate, add jiggery syrup, rose syrup, rose petals and grated coconut. Keep the dosa on top and add some more of the jaggery syrup and grated coconut. Keep the other dosa on it. Place more like this.
• Garnish with mint leaves and rose petals.
• Godumai Adai is ready to eat.
