Baked kachhe kele kedahi Wade


For Raw Banana Log:
• Raw banana, boiled ad mashed- 4 no
• Green chilies, chopped- 3 no
• Cumin seed powder- ½ tsp
• Lime juice- ½ no
• Black salt- ½ tsp
• Coriander, chopped- 1 tbsp
• Roasted peanuts, roughly chopped- 1 tbsp
• Breadcrumbs- as required

For serving:
• Curds (dahi) , whisked- 3 cups
• Khajur imli ki chutney- 2 tbsp

For the Garnish:
• Chili powder- 1tsp
• Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 tbsp
• Roasted cumin seed powder- 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

• Boil the raw banana and mash it. Combine mashed raw banana, coriander leaves, black salt, green chili, cumin powder, lime juice, roasted peanuts and mix well.
• By using hand make long and round log of the mixture; roll it into breadcrumbs.
• Dust flour onto baking tray and put the log onto it. Cook it for 10 minutes at 350 degree Celsius in pre heated oven.
• Once it's done, remove and keep aside. Slice the log into 2 inch size. Soak in water for 3 minutes. Remove and press gently without breaking it.
• Whisk curd and arrange all vadas on serving plate and pour beaten curd over it.
• Sprinkle red chili powder, cumin powder and chopped coriander over it. Serve with khajor imli ki chutney.
