Green Apple & Prune Crumble


Ingredients:

Pastry Base
• 150 gms Low Fat Margerine
• 300 gms Whole Wheat Flour
• 50 gms Stevia
• 250 gms Ice Cold Water

Filling :
• 2 nos Green Apple
• 3 - 4 pcs Prunes
• 30 gms Unsalted Butter melted
• 45 gms Brown Sugar
• 15 gms Sultanas

Crumble
• 50 gms Margerine
• 50 gms Whole Wheal Flour
• 50 gms Brown Sugar

Procedure:
• Rub the cold margerine with flour and stevia and make a crumble, add the water and make it into dough, and allow the dough to rest in the fridge.
• Peel and core the apple and cut them into small dices.
• Cut the prunes into dices as well.
• In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling and keep it aside.
• Make crumble mixing all the ingredients for crumble.
• Roll the pastry dough to 5mm thick and line the tart mould.
• Put the filling in the tart mould and cover it the crumble.
• Bake it at 175 C for 25 - 30 minutes.
• Serve Warm.
